Terms & Conditions Agreement

1. Overview

This document ("Agreement"), along with all related references, constitutes a legally binding contract between you, the user ("you," "your," or "User"), and the providers of Tele Tools ("we," "us," or "our"). It defines the terms and conditions for using our mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or accessing this App, you confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to comply with this Agreement, effective immediately upon interaction with the App. If you do not consent to these terms, you must discontinue use and uninstall the App immediately.

2. Amendments to This Agreement

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes will be reflected in an updated version of this document. Continued use of the App after modifications implies your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to periodically review this Agreement.

3. Scope of Use

Tele Tools is designed to enhance your Telegram experience by offering various features, including text styling, direct messaging, stickers, media handling, and other utilities.

The App is intended exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with this Agreement.

4. Data Privacy and Security

Protecting your privacy is a top priority for us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and secure your data, including personal information. By using the App, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

5. License and Restrictions

We provide you with a non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

  1. Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
  2. Distribute, sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit any component of the App.
  3. Infringe upon our intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary content.

All source code, design, and proprietary content within the App remain the sole property of us or our licensors.

6. User-Generated Content

The App includes a User Module allowing users to upload their own Telegram Groups, Channels, and Bots. By submitting content, you agree that:

  1. You retain ownership of your uploaded content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it within the App.
  2. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you upload.
  3. You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights, contains offensive material, or violates any laws.
  4. We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove any uploaded content that breaches these terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

By using the App, you agree not to engage in activities that:

  1. Violate any laws or regulations.
  2. Infringe on intellectual property rights.
  3. Include offensive, defamatory, or obscene material.
  4. Promote illegal activities or unauthorized modifications.
  5. Disrupt, compromise, or interfere with the App’s security and functionality.

Misuse of the App, including hacking, unauthorized access, or data scraping, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access.

8. Service Availability and Accuracy

The App requires a stable internet connection and a compatible device. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, universal compatibility, or the accuracy of content within the App.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the App without prior notice.

9. No Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," with no express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that:

  1. The App will be free from disruptions or errors.
  2. The App will be secure from malware, viruses, or malicious elements.
  3. The features will meet all your specific expectations.

Using the App is entirely at your own risk.

10. Third-Party Integrations

The App may connect with third-party services such as Telegram and cloud storage providers. We are not responsible for the policies, security, or data handling practices of third parties. Your engagement with such services is solely at your own discretion and risk.

11. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and uninstall it from your device immediately.

12. Liability Limitation

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  1. Your use or inability to use the App.
  2. Unauthorized access to your personal data.
  3. Changes, suspensions, or discontinuation of the App.

13. Legal Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or the applicable courts.

14. Severability Clause

If any section of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
